ABSTRACT
Green Chemistry is a new emerging field which operate on a molecular level to obtain a sustainability. This deals with the synthetic procedures according to its 12 key processes principles to eliminate or decrease the hazardous substance and reduce the exposure of chemical to humans and environment. The 12 key principles of green chemistry forms the framework of green chemistry which are accepted in industry sector. Greener techniques have been applied to synthesize well-known chemical compounds by more sustainable routes. Several non-contaminating physical processes, such as ultrasound-assisted, microwave heating, hydrothermal or ball milling, are crucial in greener
synthesis, especially when used in conjunction with natural precursors. This review focuses on all principles of green chemistry, the various techniques used in this approach and use of this techniques in synthesis of some organic compounds and intermediates.
