ABSTRACT
The worldwide pandemic HIV drove established researchers every which way to uncover all potential means to prevail against this infection. Out of all methodologies the one which was getting lime light in present time is Toll Like Receptors (TLRs). This molecule which has the normal propensity to battle against specific microorganism pulled in the primary consideration. Out of all TLR 3, which is capable to battle against dsRNA has its own significance in controlling/restoring this illness. In the current venture endeavors are made focusing on the seclusions of TLR 3 alongside other TLR buildings. As this TLR 3 is available in T-cell sub-compartmental divisions, fundamental focus was laid on those parts. Albeit diverse TLRs inside similar species (Orthologues) or individual TLRs across
various species (Homologues) are comparative in protein arrangement, they contrast impressively as to their capacity, for instance with respect to ligand separation or connector determination. Inferable from the absence of primary data, clarifications for these peculiarities have been hard to give. We have consolidated homology displaying with energy minimization and molecular dynamics recreation to address these intriguing organic peculiarities from an underlying point to improve RNA transcriptase activity in TLRs.
