ABSTRACT

Ajeerna is a troublesome digestive disorder and requires in time and appropriate treatment. But when it comes to Rasasheshajeerna, the management mentioned is sleeping during day time on empty stomach. Vagbhatacharya in Dinacharya Adhyaya mentions about Jeernajeerna Nirupana before waking up at Brahma Muhurta. This is an effort to study relation between Nidra and Ajeerna more specifically Rasasheshajeerna and know how Nidra is helpful in this condition.
