Abstract

REVIEW OF AVIPATTIKAR CHURNA IN MALAVSHTAMBH

ABSTRACT

According to Ayurveda causes of gastric problem are inappropriate eating habits accompanied with certain poor lifestyle choices. Increasing age, certain infection and other diseases of the GI tract are also responsible for gastrointestinal diseases. In gastrointestinal diseases Malavshtambh is most commonly sign found. Malavshtambh is that painful condition in which a person faces difficulty in emptying the bowels completely. According to Ayurved Malavshtambh a is caused due to increased of Vata dosh. Hence Avipattikara churna helps to reduce constipation due to its properties are like Deepan, Pachan, Rechan.
