ABSTRACT
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease which mainly targets lungs and spreads through tiny droplets via coughing or sneezing. COVID-19 is also an infectious disease that targets respiratory system and spreads via tiny droplets during coughing, sneezing or during close contact between two persons. Tuberculosis is existing since 1882 and day by day the cases are still increasing in India along with the other countries. As many researches have been done on TB treatment, treatment is available on TB. But, still as it is a serious infectious disease, there is requirement of observation, monitoring. So, it is like that although having treatment, it can’t be ignored at all. COVID-19 is
also an infectious disease caused by SARS CoV 2. The virus has its own history since 2002 but right now since 2019, the disease existed is due to novel corona virus. It is followed by symptoms fever, cough, tiredness and sometimes chest pain also. As it is a novel disease, no treatment was available at beginning. And the rate was increasing day by day worldwide. At the beginning, more patient care was in demand for COVID due to lack of treatment. But, if we look at the side of TB, the number of patients was also on its own rate and there too patient care was a requirement. But, it was a little bit challenging to look into both the diseases in accordance with provision of health care. But, still a disease like TB can’t be ignored during a crisis of another disease, whatever the treatment or anything that is necessary is to be provided.
