CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF VYADHIKSHAMATVA W.S.R TO COVID 19

ABSTRACT

As the whole world is suffering in various form from the pandemic caused by micro-organism Coronavirus termed as SARS COV 2. Till date no effective and proper cure is available, the only way to prevent oneself is maintaining social distances as this is contagious disease. Because of this pandemic, world is again turning its face towards ancient system of medicine i.e., Ayurveda. It holds many therapies, drugs which enhance immunity. The term Vyadhikshamatva is correlated with acquired immunity which act as great tool for keeping oneself away from infection. Rasayana one of the branch of Ayurveda holds immunity boosting drugs and regime. Keeping all these views in mind a thorough study of literature available in ancient text books of Ayurveda, different advisories about immunity boosting directed by government of India, information available on online media is done and it can be said that Ayurveda can help to improve and adopt immunity in a very easy and fast acting manner.
