ABSTRACT
With the world over battling the COVID-19 pandemic and the encounter of fresh health-giving drugs and the feeding of natural dietary ingredients with the capacity to exhibit immunomodulatory action are immediately desired to reduce the threat of chronic diseases among the people. Rosemay plant is one of the herbs that has been used for self- medication. Rosemay (Rosemarinus officinalis) is an a scented plant that has existed traditionally and medically used as a carminative, antispasmodic, pain killer, blood tonic, to arouse hair
development and to develop memory dysfunction. This study wishes to evaluate the prospective impact of rosemary solution extracts oh human immune classification. The study used Web of science, pub medicine and the Google scholar search engines to access significant evidence including combination of ‘rosemary plant species’ with ‘immune function’or immunity’, immune classification, ‘anti-inflammatory’ and ‘health befits’. Other studies have established a stimulatory impact and its vigorous compounds on the immune structure in vitro and animal study, but there is lack of substantive evidence in humans for backing up this. The results revealed the possibility of rosemary and its core vigorous components as dietary components with immunomodulatory functionality.
