ROLE OF CAPSAICIN IN THE REPAIR OF CELLULAR ACTIVITY IN MICE LIVER

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to determine the efficacy of capsaicin in Kupffer cells, polymorphonuclear, stellate, and fibroblast cells in the liver of mice made of aflatoxin B1. 20 mice were used as a sample, distributed in four groups (T0) given 0.5 ml of polyethylene glycol, (T1) given 0.5 ml of capsaicin + 0.5 ml of polyethylene glycol, (T2) controlled by 0.1 ml of aflatoxin B1 + 0.5 ml of polyethylene glycol, (T3) was given 0.1 ml of aflatoxin B1 + 0,5 ml of capsaicin, respectively.
