ABSTRACT
Recently, indoles are interesting heterocyclic compounds due to their wide range of biological activities. Indole derivatives and their pharmacological significance provide tremendous opportunities for the discovery of new drugs with different modes of action. Many synthetic drugs have been synthesized and found to be promising anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antimalarial, and antidepressant agents. Indole is naturally occurring and exhibits extensive biological activity. For this, we have tried to synthesize some new indole derivatives, and we will evaluate their biological activity.
Keywords: Indole, Anti-inflammatory, Anti-bacterial, anti-malarial, anti-depressant and Benzo pyrrole derivatives.
