ABSTRACT
Cornual pregnancy is a rare condition. it represents about 2% of ectopic pregnancies with a mortality rate of 2-2.5%, doubled compared to tubal ectopic pregnancies. his diagnosis remains difficult, and is based on ultrasound criteria which are not always all found. We report a case of pregnancy on a right salpingectomy stump discovered incidentally during a first trimester obstetric ultrasound in a 23-year-old patient with a history of right adnexectomy. The laparotomy found a pregnancy implanted on the salpingectomy stump. A laparotomy with resection of the mass was performed with simple operative consequences.
