ABSTRACT
Inflammation is a complex biological process and its initial response to tissue injury. Rheumatoid Arthritis is an autoimmune disorder which affects worldwide. vitis vinifera. L and Manilkara zapota. L Seed extracts are the derivatives obtained from the grapes and sapota, as it is rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and also anti-arthritic activity. Mainly grape seed extract contains proanthocyanidins and thus helps in the anti-aging properties by protecting collagen and elastin, reducing inflammation and protection against pathogens. There are many health conditions, however there is not enough high quality evidence to rate the effectiveness of grape seed extract. vitis vinifera. L extract elucidates the anti-arthritic activity. These natural product possess
various therapeutic uses and pharmacological actions, mainly because of proanthocyanidins. Rheumatoid arthritis is an auto-immune disorder. The aim of this study is to treat the arthritis by comparing the potential anti-arthritic activity found in the vitis vinifera. L and Manilkara zapota. L in vitro, by analyzing their phytochemical constituents as a rich source of flavonoids and polyphenols, the extract helps in improving the flexibility and mobility of joints. These extracts contain certain enzymes which brings about anti-arthritic effect in our body and also it has the ability to fight against fungal infections by their antifungal activity mechanism.
Keywords: Inflammation; proanthocyanidins; Aspergillus. niger; Aspergillus. flavus; antifungal.
