ABSTRACT
In present scenario, due to industrialization and urbanization the water quality is most affected. Human life cannot be sustained without water. Pollution free water is the only requirement for the healthy life. The root cause of water pollution is the dumping of effluents from the industry and houses. Polluted water doesn’t come from a single source; there are also a numerous causes for water pollution such as mining and agricultural practices. To check the water quality certain physicochemical parameters such as (pH, temperature, total dissolved solids (TDS), salinity, electrical conductivity (EC), and turbidity) are
determined. In this review, we attempted to analyze the water quality and their impact on human health.
Keywords: Dissolved solids, Bacterial contaminations, Electrical conductivity.
