THE STUDY OF VARIOUS HOME REMEDIES & DIET MANAGEMENT FOR DIGESTIVE DISORDERS USED IN OUR LOCALITY OF MADHYAPRADESH (M.P) INDIA

ABSTRACT
This review literature aimed to compile and document the knowledge of various home remedies used for the treatment of digestive disorders in our state. Although most indications for the use of such remedies are anecdotally or traditionally derived, controlled trials suggest some benefits. Disorders are possible to treatment of home remedies. Digestive disorders affect millions of Indian every year. Most of the digestive disorders are GERD, it is a condition in which acid-containing contents in our stomach persistently leak back up into our esophagus, the tube from our throat to our stomach and these condition treat with the home remedies like Aloevera, Tulsi, milk, baking soda very useful to treat and reduce his symptoms. Peptic Ulcers, it is a characterized by discontinuation in the inner lining of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract and these condition treat by the home remedies like banana, cabbage, honey are very useful to treat this. These conditions involve the digestive tract. The GI tract includes the esophagus, liver, stomach, small and large intestines, gallbladder and pancreas. Though specific treatments vary depending on the general care of stomach or digestive trouble may include: Resting and drinking plenty of fluids. Following the BRAT diet, bananas, rice, applesauce and toast all of which are easy on the stomach and beneficial in their own way. Some of the study of diet managements in any disease condition like piles, IBS, constipation, diarrhea, etc.
