ABSTRACT
Oral L-thyroxine (L-T4) supplementation is used to replace thyroid hormone concentrations in dogs with hypothyroidism. The objectives are to determine and compare, for bioavailability, the Serum levels of levothyroxine in dogs after oral administration of the test article levothyroxine sodium tablets, USP 0.2mg with the reference article Thyro-TabsĀ® Canine (levothyroxine sodium tablets), USP 0.2mg. To determine that the proposed test product is bioequivalent to that of reference article.
