In HPTLC analysis, the maximum Rf values and colour of bands obtained at different wavelengths and the area of spots occurred at 0.46(6 μl),0.45 Rf(12 μl) in 254 nm, in 366nm 0.16Rf(6 μl), 0.26Rf(12 μl) and in 565nm maximum Rf occurred in 0.91Rf(6 μl), 0.92(μl). The Rf value indicates the active ingredients of medicine in various quantity and keyfor the medical benefits of this chooranam.
