MULTIPLE MYELOMA WITH CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM RELAPSE: A CASE REPORT & REVIEW OF LITERATURE

ABSTRACT
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a plasma cell disorder primarily involving bone marrow. Extramedullary relapse involvement central nervous system (CNS) is a rare entity and such situation carries extremely dismal prognosis. We present case of a 44 years old male diagnosed as multiple myeloma in 2017, he was treated successfully with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and autologous stem cells transplantation. Two years later he presented with CNS relapse. CNS relapse in myeloma patients is extremely rare but a serious complication.
