ABSTRACT

Beta-blockers, class of drugs that are mainly used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease.[8] Beta-blockers are among the most prescribed drugs in the world.[2] Beta-blockers block the action produced by catecholamine of the sympathetic nervous system.[1] so it is called a beta antagonist.it is used in the treatment of hypertension, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, post-myocardial infarction, and other conditions like tremors, migraine, glaucoma, etc.[2]
