A REVIEW ON STABILITY INDICATING ANALYTICAL METHOD

ABSTRACT

The intention of stability indicating method is handy over the qualitative & quantitative information about drug, product, substance or about active ingredient content. It‘s important to detect change degradation with time in pathways, the drug method or chemical, validation to separate& for various drug related impurities, dig the great knowledge within the development compendial methods. Our paper proprietary reviews & non-proprietary methods for ‗api‘, excipients, & validation of analytical & final products, according to fda & ich guidance. Given forced idea of intermediate product factor. Objectives of this reviwe study is to degradation accurate, studies are key by rp-hplc, indicating hptlc, various ftir methods for assure that selected simple, economic forms stability hplc, & uv-spectroscopy. Drug in bulk & dosage by rp-hplc, hplc, ftir, & uv-spactrography.
