A CASE STUDY ON AYURVEDIC MANAGEMENT OF MOOTRAKRICHRA (U.T.I)

ABSTRACT
Mootrakrichra (U.T.I) is a problem persisting worldwide. These are one of the most common bacterial infections. The antibiotics generally used have several limitations because of the fact that the infective organism develops resistance to them and the toxic side effects are also common. Ayurveda being the oldest system of medicine, various uropathies and their management have been described under different disease. In the present study Ayurvedic management was undertaken to evaluate the Antibacterial effect of Amalaki Vati in Mootrakrichra (U.T.I).
