ABSTRACT
Gene silencing could be a technique by which obesity can be prevented. The adventitious role of gene silencing in obesity is enumerated in the present manuscript. Obesity is a disorder caused in particular by a high-fat diet, lack of exercise, and physical inactivity, and certain complications that occur in the body. Most of the genes are responsible for obesity. Some of the genes have mutations because they could not perform in a normal way due to this mutation & changes in genes, they become hazardous and produce some kinds of proteins. So we'd like to try using gene silencing techniques to remove genes from the cell. Gene silencing operates by blocking gene
expression & gene mutation within the cell. Modification of gene expression (present in DNA) through the use of gene silencing techniques that are anti-sense ribonucleic acid techniques and techniques of interference with ribonucleic acid can prevent obesity.
