LITERARY REVIEW OF MASANUMASIK GARBHASRAVA GARBHAPAT CHIKITSA

ABSTRACT

Garbh Srava is expulsion of fetus up to 4th month of pregnancy. According to Bhoja period of Garbha Srava is up to 3th months. Garbh Pata is expulsion of fetus in 5th and 6 of pregnancy. The term Pata- to fall off is given because by this time the product of conception and fetal part have attained stability and have become solid. There are so many factors responsible for Garbhasarva and Garbhpat like fetal factors, maternal factors, unknown factors. In Ayurveda effective treatment present according to different causes. In Ayurveda gestational month wise treatment explaine in Masanumasik chikitsa of Garbha srava.
