MANY TIMES THE PATIENT ARE NOT BORN, THEY ARE CREATED – COVID ERA SOME HIDDEN FACTS

ABSTRACT

As per WHO 7th April 1948 Alma Atta Declaration – The health refers to a state of complete emotional and physical well-being not merely a absence of disease or infirmity. As the life expectancy has increased from 46 years to 84 years in different continents of the worlds, the whole world is looking towards the preventive measures and preventive science to reduce the long term ageing process and life style disorders which are alarmingly rising in few decades. If we talk about the Pre penicillin era the biggest mortality causing factors being infectious diseases has reduced to the greater extent after popping up antibiotics, thanks to the Sir Alexander Fleming. Soon after antibiotics the life expectancy growth has curved and skewed to highest and people are getting Geriatric disorders such as Degenerative joint diseases, Neurodegenerative disorders etc. COVID 19, I better call it as COVID 19, 20 & 21 ……. And so on, the alarmingly high mortality causing pandemic of the past few decades. The second fold and unseen part of the COVID 19 which I going to show here is massive drop down in OPD and IPD other than COVID positive case. If we look at the five leading cause of the death throughout the world being – Cardiac arrest and Myocardial infarction, Cereberovascular Accidents, Malignancy, Road Traffic Accidents and COPD. As we call the deadly emergency out of above is Myocardial Infarction, RTA – Road Traffic Accidents and CVA Cereberovascular Accidents, (Ischemic and Hemorrhagic) hardly amid of COVID we have seen the above disease have almost vanished and patients of above disease hardly to get in either Cardiac or Neuro center. The main brain storming thought of this article is whether out of these deadly five disease they really are or they are formed or created. The Controversy would have reached to the maximum of including the all OPD footfall and out of that screening patient and sending for major intervention procedures whether endovascular, laparoscopic and surgical.
