YOGA, MEDITATION AND PRANAYAMA - CHALLENGING THERAPY TO PREVENT THE RISK OF PREVALENCE OF DEPRESSION AND ANEMIA IN TUBERCULOSIS: A REVIEW

ABSTRACT
In 2019, an estimated 10 million people worldwide become ill with tuberculosis (TB). Numerous patients with weak immunity and pathogen sensitivity are vulnerable to extreme TB complications. Some studies have shown that the lung function in tuberculosis is deteriorating and can cause severity in patients who suffer most from TB are highly susceptible to depression and anemia. Meditation, Yoga, and pranayama are helpful methods for strengthening a person's mental health by reducing depression. In this review, we discussed the Correlation between Depression and anemia in patients suffering from tuberculosis and the impact of meditation, yoga, pranayama on the health of anemic tuberculosis patients suffering from depression.
