ABSTRACT
In present review we are presenting some aspects of antisense molecules and aptamers therapy with their manufacturing methods and application. Aptamers antibodies are single-stranded DNA or RNA oligonucleotides that bind proteins and small molecules with high affinity and specificity by recognizing tertiary or quaternary structures as antibodies. One way to target the genetic material is to block mRNA by using antisense DNA which prevents the message from ever becoming. Antisense molecules therapy a form of treatment for infection or disorders. Aptamers are folded oligonucleotides and peptide that bind molecular targets with high affinity and specificity. This review provide opportunities for structure based drug design strategies relevant to therapeutic intervention of the therapeutic
antisense molecules and aptamers. In vitro selection strategies are powerful tools for the identification of nucleic acids with the unsuspected activities. Their application during last two decades has positioned these technologies among those most promising for the development of therapeutic and diagnostic agents. Aptamers are DNA or RNA molecules with special conformational features, and able to efficiently bind to a target molecule.
