MIS USE OF SLEEPING PILLS CAUSE BREAST CANCER WITH PALMAR PLANTAR ERYTHRODYSESTHESIAS BY THE USE OF CAPECITABINE

ABSTRACT

Breast cancer is a menacing cancer, mostly affecting women. Continuous on for detecting breast cancer is the early stage as the possibility of cure in early stage is bright. It is a hormone-dependent disease. About 5–10% of breast cancers are hereditary and occur in patients with mutations of BRCA1, BRCA2, AT or p53 genes. The presentation is usually with a painless mass in the breast that persists throughout the menstrual cycle, rashes, redness, changes in breast size, Nipple discharge or pain. Patient diagnosed through mammography screening programmed. In this case 63-year-old women who has taken overdose of sleeping pills and Antidepressant drugs which cause increasing the risk of breast cancer. This patient treated with capecitabine. And Because of capecitabine it shows side effect like palmar plantar erythrodysesthesias.
