ABSTRACT
Constipation is a common disturbance of the digestive system where the sensation of incomplete bowel evacuation. Constipation is the main cause of many diseases. Therefore, it should be trated thoroughly. Constipation can cure easy by practicing some Yogasana (postures) Ardha matsyendrasan (Half spinal twist pose), Padmasan (Lotus pose), Pacchimotasan (Back stretching pose).
