In the present era we observe season creep which can be considered as the limitation in following the proper regimen an individual should follow in a particular ritu, because of which there is increased risk of illness. People do not know or ignore the suitable types of food stuffs, dressing, and others regimen to be followed in particular season, this leads to derangement of homeostasis and causes various diseases.
