PHARMACOLOGICAL OF CLOTRIMAZOLE DRUG ACTIVITY ON SKIN AND BODY: REVIEW

ABSTRACT
It is used to treat Candida albicans and other fungal infections. Generally, an azole antimycotics and clotrimazole are used topically for tinea toenopathy and ororrhagiae. Targeting ergosterol biosynthesis, it therefore targets fungal growth. Additionally, clotrimazole has been a useful in the treatment of sickle cell disease, malaria, as well as many other illnesses due to its ability to inhibit mycotic activity. Clotrimazole complexes can also has been mixed with other molecules, such as metals, in order to achieve better pharmacological results. Additionally, modern, improved formulations are in various stages of growth. In healthy individuals, clotrimazole has few side effects and in immune‐suppressed individuals there is a minor drug resistance. We also cover the medical chemistry, application, pharmacology, and growth as a drug for chemotherapy.
