Oral controlled release delivery systems are programmed to deliver the drug in predictable time-frame which will increase the efficacy and minimize the adverse effects and increase the bioavailability of medicine. It's most generally utilized route of administration among all the routes that are explored for systemic delivery of medicine via pharmaceutical products of various dosage form. Oral route is taken into account most natural, uncomplicated, convenient and safe thanks to its simple administration, patient acceptance, and cost-effective manufacturing process.
