ABSTRACT
The Box-Behnken Design is efficient design for fitting second order polynomials to response surface. So The Multifactorial robustness study is investigated by using Box-Behnken design. The working points for robustness study have been selected and subsequently investigated on the basis of two criteria: first criteria was to maximise resolution and another is to minimise asymmetric factor. The three investigated parameters are determined to be % Organic Modifier- 89%±1, Flow rate- 0.9±1 and pH- 5.4±1 for the conformation of robustness of the method. To evaluate the robustness the 17 experience are carried out using Box-Behnken design. The statistical analysis of the experimental results confirm the robust point of the method.
