ABSTRACT
Effect of Hansapadi whole plant (Adiantum Lunalatum Burn L) kalka lepa and swarasa (by oral route) was obsereved in Dinitroflurobenzene induced dermatitis in balb/c mice. Skin reaction and other signs were observed for seven days. Rating of skin reaction was evaluated as per the Bureau of Indian Standards Amendment No.3 march 2013 and International Contact Dermatitis Research Group Scale (ICDRG Scale). It was observed that DNFB induces erythema and odema on mice. During observations Erythema, Odema and Scaling of wound was assessed and histopathological changes were observed. The treatment results shows that both Hansapadi kalka lepa and swarasa
(by oral route) are effective in Dinitroflurobenzene induced dermatitis in balb/c mice.
