A REVIEW ON: ESTABLISHING NATURAL MEDICINAL PLANTS AS A NOOTROPICS: BY TREATING, LEARNING AND MEMORY IMPAIRMENT

ABSTRACT
At very firstly the term nootropics used as chemicals that met very specific criteria. Recently now it is useful for any natural or synthetic substance that may have a positive impact on mental skills. The nootropic generally fall into the following three categories: (i) Dietary supplements (ii) Synthetic compounds (iii) Prescription drugs. Nootropics are also called as smart drugs are well - known compounds that helps to improve the cognitive performance. The given study work are helps to enhance the mental functions such as memory, motivation, attention and creativity. Recently many of the researches were focused
or study on the establishing a new nootropic potential which are derived from synthetic and natural products. The wide study found that the study of nootropics on brain. The nootropic affects the brain performances though different mechanisms or pathways, for example, dopaminergic pathway. There are many researches who have reported the effect of nootropics on treatment of different memory disorders, such as Alzheimer‘s, Parkinson‘s, and Huntington‘s diseases. Thus, those disorders are observed to impair the same pathways of the nootropics. Thus, these newly established nootropics are used for the sensitively and effectively towards the pathways. The present review is concentrated on the main pathways like CNS, by studying the active complete plant description, uses, active chemical constituents, pharmacological activities, toxicity study of given natural nootropic drug.
