ANALYSIS OF PREVENTIVE AND PROMOTIVE HEALTHCARE MEASURES OF AYURVEDA, YOGA AND BUDDHISM

ABSTRACT

Any empirical assessment of the preventive and promotive healthcare measures of Ayurveda, Yoga and Buddhism has to have a fair consideration of the equilibrium between the mind and the body and the concept of sustainability of “holistic readiness”. All the three will inevitably call for the ethical line of following to effect healing and health promotion. This study will chronologically present empirical estimation of preventive and healthcare promotions by Ayurveda, Yoga and Buddhism.
