DENDRIMER AS A POTENTIAL DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM: A REVIEW

ABSTRACT
In this review, it has been noted that Dendrimers is novel drug delivery with three-dimensional globular nano-polymeric; having more active facial groups improves their performance. Similar dendrimer names include arborols and cascade molecules. The importance of dendrimers has been found in many different types, where different types of traffickers help in different areas of drug delivery and types of generators. Dendrimer is therefore receiving much attention from investigators for various nano objects. The simple structure makes them a good nano-material for drug delivery. Recently, dendrimers shown their work in various drug delivery programs with assets such as cancer screening, virus delivery, ocular drug delivery, etc. Future indicators for traders have been discussed. Current reviews focus on
types of dendrimers such as Polypropylene Imine dendrimer (PPI), Poly (amidoamine) dendrimers (PAMAM), Poly-l-lysine dendrimers, Type of Frechet's dendrimers, Core-shell tecto dendrimers, Chiral dendrimers, Liquid crystalline dendrimers, Peptide dendrimers, Multiple antigen peptide dendrimers, Glyco-dendrimers, Hybrid dendrimers, Polyester dendrimers where among this type of dendrimers, Polypropylene Imine dendrimer (PPI) and Poly (amidoamine) are available as good carriers for various targeting areas, Dendrimers are integrated into various methods such as Divergent method, Convergent method, Hyper cores and branched monomer grow method, Double exponential growth method, Click chemistry method, the latest advances in dendrimers used in anti-bacterial delivery, cancer delivery, delivery of drug for lungs, oral route delivery, eye delivery, drug delivery through transmission, and drug delivery aimed at safety features, as well as the future strategy as discussed in the article below.
