ABSTRACT
Yoga is a one of the way by which one will get healthy mind and healthy body. Yoga is a system which helps in developing the balance between physical, mental and spiritual being. Aging is a natural phenomenon by which various pathological changes will happens. We can‟t stop this but can be maintain physiological functions like younger by doing regular yoga.
