ABSTRACT
Supernumerary breast cancer is a rare entity with difficult diagnosis and non-standardized treatment. We report the case of a patient who has had a left breast mass since childhood and who consulted on the occasion of the appearance of inflammatory signs, a first consultation led her to an incomplete surgical excision in considering it as a lipoma, but the anatomo-pathological examination showed cancer on ectopic breast tissue, hence a resumption of surgery with axillary lymphadenectomy, followed by radiotherapy of the tumor bed and adjuvant chemotherapy.
Keywords: supernumerary breast, breast carcinoma.
