ABSTRACT
The presence of a unicornuate uterus is a rare congenital condition, which represents only 1-2% of uterovaginal anomalies, and the literature revealed only a few cases of unicornuate uterus with unilateral ovarian agenesis. The pathophysiology of this rare combination is not clear. Previous reports have demonstrated an increase in the number of cases of primary infertility, pregnancy loss and preterm labour associated with the unicornuate uterus. Herein, we present a rare case of intact twin pregnancy in a unicornuate uterus, which was incidentally diagnosed during cesarean delivery. Postoperative MRI confirmed unicornuate uterus without a rudimentary horn; left ovary and left kidney agenesis.
