PREGNANCY IN GESTATIONAL TROPHOBLASTIC TUMOR

ABSTRACT

We report a case of a young patient whose diagnosis of gestational trophoblastic tumor was confirmed put on methotrexate-based chemotherapy, during the monitoring a new intrauterine pregnancy was noted, hence the interest of monitoring and effective contraception. The objective of our work is to highlight the importance of an early diagnosis, evaluation and early treatment are emphasized to improve maternal and fetal prognosis.
