Abstract

METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF SIMULTANEOUS ESTIMATION OF TIMOLOL MALEATE AND TRAVOPROST IN BULK AND IN PHARMACEUTICAL DOSAGE FORM BY UV-SPECTROSCOPY AND RP-HPLC

ABSTRACT

The blend of these two medications (Timolol maleate and Travoprost) is utilized to bring down the weight in the eye when one of the drugs doesn't bring down the weight enough all alone. The point of the current examination is to grow new scientific strategies for the synchronous assessment of Timolol maleate and Travoprost in mass and in Pharmaceutical dose structure. Spectroscopic strategies have been produced for the evaluation of Timolol maleate and Travoprost in mass and in the plan. A straightforward, fast and exact RP-HPLC strategy for synchronous quantitative assurance of Travoprost and Timolol maleate in ophthalmic arrangement was created. Chromatographic partition was accomplished with PDA finder utilizing PHENOMENOX C18, 15O×4.6 mm; 5 micron turn around stage logical segment.
