FISTULA IN ANO TARGET BY LINEAR T2 HYPERINTENSE PERIANAL FISTULOUS TRACT: A CASE REPORT

ABSTRACT

The ano fistula is a very common disease seen in the general male, female people. Generally, fistulectomy isan adequate surgical procedure for the treatment of a simple or low Tran’ssphincteric fistula ano. The colon delivery drug system protection of a drug from being released of gastrointestinal tract and small intestine Linear T2 Hyperintense perianal fistulous tract seen with internal opening in the anterior wall of lower anal canal and 12 ‘o’ clock position. It can be achieved by the use of drug delivery system (DDS) that can protect the drug during its passage to colon.which are destroyed by the stomach acid and metabolized by pancreatic enzymes are protected form gastrointestinal tract and small intestine. The present common treatment of case fistula in ano treated by aLigation of grand IIhemorrhoid prolapses but spontaneously reducesIntersphinteric Fistula Tract technique – a newer technique of treating fistula in ano.
