ABSTRACT
Endometriosis of the abdominal wall is rare: its prevalence is estimated at 1.34% in patients operated on for pelvic endometriosis. Surgery of the abdomen, and more particularly cesarean sections, is a important risk factor: lesions typically develop inside or near the scar. The usual treatment for this condition is complete surgical removal. We report 2 cases of parietal endometriosis observed in the Gynecology - Obstetrics department of the Les Orangers Reproductive Health hospital in Rabat. These are young patients (29 and 37 years old) with scar endometriosis of the abdominal wall. We discuss in this work, the clinical and evolutionary characteristics of this affection.
