OVERVIEW OF THE ANALYTICAL METHODS OF BISOPROLOL FUMARATE IN PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS AND BIOLOGICAL MATRICES FROM 2000-2020

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this review article was to collect data on methods of analysis for bisoprolol fumarate both in pharmaceutical preparations and in biological fluids. Data collection is done by searching for information through Google Scholar. The keywords used for data collection are "determination of bisoprolol," "bisoprolol," "pharmaceutical preparations," biological fluids." The results show that bisoprolol fumarate in the form of raw materials or pharmaceutical preparations can be determined by spectrophotometric, voltammetry, and HPLC methods. Whereas in the form of a mixture between bisoprolol fumarate and other substances, it is determined using HPLC,
spectrophotometry, spectrofluorimetry, HPTLC, voltammetry, and LC-MS. This review provides insight into the analysis of bisoprolol fumarate by spectrophotometric, voltammetry, HPLC, HPTLC, and spectrofluorimetric methods, whether in the form of raw materials, pharmaceutical preparations, or biological fluids.
