ABSTRACT
Solubility is one of the important parameters to achieve medicine concentration towards the systemic circulation to obtain the desired pharmacological response. The solubility of a medicine in water greatly affects the bioavailability of a medicine, so it is very important to increase its solubility and dissolution rate. Because medicines that have low levels of solubility have poor bioavailability. Co-grinding is often used as a technique to increase the solubility of a medicine because there is a reduction in particle size, it can affect the dissolution rate, and it is used to increase the bioavailability of medicinal compounds.
