ABSTRACT
A female child aged 4 years born to non consanguineous parents cameto outpatient Department of Otonasolaryngology (ENT )at VelammalMedical College Hospital & Research Institute, Madurai (Tamil Nadu).On examination this child had deformity of left external ear.& facewith Bell’s palsy. There was also Bell’s phenomenon .Mastoid processwas not felt on the left side. Levels of nipples were unequal. Spine andsternum were normal. This case was well compared & correlated withavailable literature.& then reported.
