A REVIEW ON: ANTIDIABETIC MEDICINES AND IT'S IMPORTANCE

ABSTRACT

Diabetes mellitus (DM) may be a disorder of the endocrine system. This frightful disease is found altogether parts of the planet and is becoming a significant threat to healthcare providers. Nowadays DM may be a most spreading disease within the world. In rapidly growing world variety of treatment options are available for treatment of DM. future use of allopathic medicinal agents may cause unwanted side effects, resulting uncontrolled blood glucose also as complications of DM, also DM is very susceptible to differing types of microorganism and it'll affect system of body. The utilization of herbal medicine for the prevention and treatment of DM has been in practice since ancient time. This text may be a review focussed on varied antidiabetic medications and its importance. Classification of all the antidiabetic drugs are highlighted.
