ABSTRACT
The Avant Grade pharmaceutical ophthalmic preparation clinically standard for achieving drug concentration with better pharmacokinetics which consisting the one of type of advance release drug pattern due to better screening treatment and reduce discomfort patient. The conventional ophthalmic delivery systems often result in poor bioavailability therapeutic response and also drug waste overcome drug characterization also responsible for that. The Innovative Novel Approach system has ability to treat critical type of diseases with the better screening treatment as compare conventional treatment and also In-situ gel give spark advantages and having capability to treat with
better advance treatment. It has ability to consisting higher concentration of drug with the polymeric system provide the site specific absorption in condition like pH, Temperature, Ionic cross linking and Enzymatic cross linking. The dosing frequency is less and given high bioavailability and also reducing the lag time (Drug release pattern) of drug and provide prolong release drug. The eyes one of sensitive organ and high risk to microbial contamination and also critical type of diseases and enhance the patient discomfort. Ocular diseases are complicated to treat, and ocular forms need to be safe, non-allergic for the patient and sterile. The In-situ gel Gentamicin Sulfate and Dexamethasone entrapment given the number of better screening with polymeric condition and Gentamicin (GT) inhibits bacteria, Dexamethasone provide a long-lasting anti-inflammatory, antiallergy. In the present study attempt has been to prepare a formulation of Gentamicin Sulfate and Dexamethasone as an in-situ gel forming drug delivery system for ocular delivery prolong release pattern.
