ABSTRACT
Chronopharmacology is an scientific research which involved with an biological rhythm dependences on medicines. It is a study of rhythmic predictable-in timing changes in the effectivity and also in kinetics of medicines together in experimental animals and in men. It is an study of effectiveness or side-effects of medicines on by making temporary variations in indications or biological functions of a diseases besides this medicine effectivity is an purpose of biological timing. Chronopharmacology divided into chronopharmacokinetic, chronotoxicity, chronesthesy. Chronopharmacological characteristic are highly relevant on management of cardiovascular disease and
diabetes mellitus. In cardiovascular disease cardiovascular events and biorhythms may provide a means for enhancing current drug treatment approaches. The influence of administration time of medicines (morning vs evening dose) an safety and efficient of once-daily dose of cardiovascular agents. This article studied evidence on how biorhythms can affect cardiovascular disorders and diabetes mellitus and discusses the implications of these findings for drug therapy. The existing review we conclude that chronopharmacological activities and current approach in treatment which having further enhancement for patient safety and efficacy with an conspicuous on treatment of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus by chronotherapy.
