Histological Gastric Ulcer still a represent a utmost health issue reason gastric ulcer highly effect previous long time in years those with highest risk there is need of novel treatment due to under social impact. Gastric ulcer associate with mucosal inflammation decrease the acid between corpus and antrum transitional zone and also the development in the presence of Helicobacter pylori influenced by a variety of host and bacterial factor. Helicobacter pylori is a causative agents for bacterial infections in humans is responsible for several gastrointestinal diseases such as gastritis, gastric ulcer. It can be effectively cured by treatment with various combinations of antibiotics. The antibiotics
better option for bacterial infection and primary health care and in gastric ulcer case, It’s superior novel option and achieve global drug therapeutic response. More specifically, amoxicillin, it’s a bio -waiver active pharmaceutical dosage form based on the biopharmaceutics classification system under the privilege health care system and amoxicillin is penicillin antibiotic that fights bacteria and better absorbed following oral administration than other beta lactam antibiotic. It is susceptible to degradation by beta lactamase producing bacteria.
