COLLECTION, ISOLATION, AND IDENTIFICATION OF PUS SAMPLES FROM DIABETIC PATIENTS

ABSTRACT
The foot ulcer wound infections are familiar in diabetic patients and most of the infections are classified as mild, moderate and severe. It’s largely affects the lower limb, foot and mouth. The responsible pathogens are characterized by inflammatory (Pustules). Diabetic Foot Ulcer (DFU) is a universal problem occurring in all races and affected 65% diabetic patients both males and females. Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococci sp., and both gram positive & negative organisms are commonly found in pus-forming microbes responsible for the development of ulcerations also the core organisms are isolated from the human volunteers. this analysis has done and shown the possible
pathogenic bacteria are presents. Thus, present study is broadly focusing on the collection, isolated and identification of responsible pathogens in the diabetic foot ulcer.
