It is a combination of autoimmune adrenal insufficiency (Addison’s disease) with autoimmune hypothyroidism and/or type 1 diabetes mellitus. It is little difficult to diagnose this disease as it has varying clinical presentations. Prompt diagnosis and treatment can prevent serious complications. She also has history of nausea, vomiting since 3 days. She had a past history of Type 2 DM,
Dyslipidemia, Hypothyroidism. Her presentations attributing to gastric problems led to a late diagnosis. Physicians have to think about endocrine involvement where there is a confusing presentations. Most of the endocrine disorders have atypical components mimicking other differential diagnosis.
